A second-generation affordable housing developer with over 30 years of experience, Dan has directed the development of thousands  units of affordable housing throughout Southern California and since founding the Company in 1979.Dan is responsible for the developing and implementing the strategic vision of the Company.  Dan maintains strong ties to both the industry and community at large. He has served on the Board of Directors of Builders Industry of America as well as the Director of Builders Council of California and he is a member of the Riverside County Workforce Development Board.

He received his Bachelors of Arts degree from California State University in Fullerton.

Todd A. Deutscher

Todd joined the Palm Communities in 2010 and is responsible for  the operational and financial activities of the Company and its development projects.

He possesses over 25 years of real estate development, asset management, finance and accounting experience.  Prior to joining the Company, Todd served as the COO & CFO for Pacific Union Holdings, a Northern California developer of single-family and multi-family housing.

Todd holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.

Kristin N. Blair

Kristin joined the Palm Communities in 2006. As Vice President of Finance, she is responsible for the structuring and implementation of all major financing activities including tax credit syndication and a variety of debt structures  as well as the Company's accounting, internal and external reporting, and regulatory compliance functions. 

Kristin possesses her Bachelor's Degree in International Business and a Master’s Degree in Accountancy.

Will joined the Company in 2004 and has served in a variety of leadership capacities. He is responsible for all public financing activities. This includes  California government relations as well as identification and utilization of all non-commercial financing program and sources.

Will serves on various community boards and committees at the State and local levels, as well as participation on panels at industry conferences and events.

Bobbie Barnett
Vice President, Asset Management

Bobbie joined the Company in 2007 and manages all assets within the Palm Communities portfolio of multi-family housing.  She is responsible for fiscal and operational performance of the Company's holdings as well as compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.

Prior to joining Palm Communities, Barnett served as the District Manager for LBK Management Services where she was responsible for managing nine properties totaling over 2,000 units across two states.  She possesses over 20 years of experience in asset and property management.
