Cottonwood Place is a 271–unit low-income affordable family housing community. The property was built out in four phases. Construction began in August 1996 and final occupancy occurred in April 2007. The exteriors of the property are instinctively designed with sustainable building standards as well as warm toned stucco to match the rugged, yet beautiful surroundings.
