Hemet Vistas is a 144-unit multi-family community. Construction at Hemet Vistas was a two–phase process. Phase 1 began in November 1996 and had full occupancy by July 1998. Construction on Phase 2 began in March 2000 and final occupancy occurred in May 2001.
